Berenice Marlohe

Berenice Lim Marlohe (born in Paris) is a French actress from France. Her most popular role is in the role of the anti-heroine Bond girl Severine as seen in Skyfall. Her television credits include Pere et Maire Femmes de loi, and Equipe medicale d'urgence. Even though she's not included in credits, she has been in the film Un happiness n'arrive not alone Sophie Marceau. She is also a brand spokesperson of Omega Watches. Berenice, of French Chinese descent and Cambodian origin, was born on May 19th, 1979, in Paris France. Born into a French-speaking middle-class family, Berenice was raised by her Chinese father as well as a Cambodian mother. Her mother was a teacher while her father was a doctor. While growing up, in Paris the passion for the arts grew and she spent the majority of her time playing the piano or painting. She was inspired by music and paintings as they were two of her most cherished interests. The Jack Waltzer workshop was the catalyst for her career. Following a session with the legendary Jack Waltzer, she was passionate about acting. After this, she studied for 10 years at the Paris Conservatory. Following her graduation from the college, she was immediately auditioning for roles in films. 2007 was the year she made her first role was The Discordance. In the beginning of her professional career it was difficult to find roles that matched the personality of her character. His presence in film was influential.
