Ava August
Ava August was 14 when she was performing in the Staples Center, Downtown Los Angeles in front of a SOLD packed audience. They were the Los Angeles Kings were playing professional hockey. Ava August was recruited and scheduled to perform by the Los Angeles Dodgers and L.A. Galaxy, professional soccer and baseball teams and COVID-19, respectively. However, the pandemic resulted in cancellations of these reservations. Ava August, at the age of 15, became one of the youngest performers as well as judges on American Idol Season 19. Ava won the coveted gold trophy during the Audition Round. She then made it to Genre Round, Duet Round, Showstopper, Celebrity/Solo, Top 16 and top 10 rounds. Ava got voted in the TOP 10 by the American public. Ava August performed two originals for American Idol, Neighbor boy and Ghost of You. Ava has also performed an earth-shattering duet with the internationally famous singer, Josh Groban. Ava released her critically acclaimed track Daybreak at the age of fifteen. It was accompanied with her first animated music video. On the morning of 11/01/20, Daybreak was broadcast at KX 93.5 FM along with the tropical Surf Hour. On 11/29/20, Daybreak was played by 88.5 FM LA/OC just before 11M listeners residing in Southern California.
